- In the event that the goods are shipped and left , they cannot be returned or replaced in any case, given that they are food products.
- In the event that the customer does not receive the order after shipment , the shipping amount will be deducted from the customer.
- The order can be canceled or modified during the order processing period , which precedes the shipment stage or the order exit to be delivered to the customer.
- With the exception of this, if there is a note in the customer’s request for products , please contact customer service , and it will be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and suitability.
